RESEP WADAI AMPARAN TATAK KHAS BANJAR




Bahan 1:

  • 10 buah pisang raja, potong melintang 1/2 cm
  • 250 gr tepung beras
  • 1 sendok teh vanili
  • 200 gr gula pasir
  • 800 ml santan cair
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
Bahan 2 :
  • 250 ml santan kental
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 75 gr tepung beras
Cara Membuat:
Campur tepung beras, santan, gula pasir, vanili, dan garam, aduk sampai rata.
Masukkan potongan pisang, aduk kembali. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang persegi 20 cm yang sudah dioles dengan minyak dan dialasi dengan plastik tahan panas.
Kukus dalam dandang panas selama 30 menit sampai adonan matang.
Campur semua lapisan II, tuang ke atas lapisan I, kukus kembali selama 45 menit atau sampai kue matang.
NAGASARI/AMPARAN TATAK 2
Ingredients:

200 gr rice flour
3 tbsp corn starch farm
375 ml water
Rather thick coconut milk 650 ml
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 lbr pandan leaves, shredded, conclude
4 pieces of plantain, steamed briefly yesterday envy 1 cm ...* * I use the banana uli


Directions:

1st. Cover a baking pan with banana leaves until past the edge of the pan and steam ready ... .. set aside
2. Stir the rice flour, corn starch, and water
3. Boil and stir in coconut milk with salt, sugar and pandan. Add the solution of the flour, stirring until boiling and exploding-letup. Discard pandan leaf, stir bananas enter
4. Pour into greased adonana. Flatten the dough with the back of a spoon or a small piece of banana leaf. Cover with a piece of banana leaf
5. Steamed until cooked more or less 20 minutes
